Bill has a Masters degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and has completed graduate course work at Stanford University in Machine Learning and Image Processing. Along with a background in modelling and simulations, satellite systems, orbital analysis and machine learning, Bill has over two decades of extensive experience in space sciences and defense industries.
