Solution
We developed a robust, explainable and defensible framework for catalyzing decision making to evaluate future AI capabilities that should be built in-house, or in collaboration with a partner, or owned through acquisition by our client.
This framework mapped AI techniques to market segments followed by ranking of the capabilities of ‘companies of interest’ based on key attributes in the context of Computational Histopathology & Clinical Diagnostics.
Outcome
Our framework is assisting the client in determining companies for collaboration and potential acquisition in order to enhance their product offering.
